
Class is broken into 3 phases, each with 4 stations.
Phase 1: Sled drags, sand bag carries, battle ropes, and rest.
Phase 2: Agility ladder, shuttle cones, weight sled sprints, and rest.
Phase 3: Weighted lunges, push ups, sprints, and rest.
You'll leave sweaty, exhausted, and better conditioned than you started! You'll also be able to take a shower, hit the cold plunge, hop in the sauna (by end of month), and get a refreshment if you want!
Class is $12 per person for a non member drop in, $5 for standard members, and FREE for God Mode and Founding. Contact the gym for multiple session rates.
